Workspace
Workspace is one of those clients with whom we’ve exceeded the 10yr mark. The first job with them was not one of our most profitable but since then we have developed a very close working relationship. One of the last projects we completed was IVENTS. Workspace were strugging for a name for their new events company, none of the ideas suggested hit the mark.
We created a name and a mock-up which we sent to them in the post without them knowing. The CEO was distraught when he saw it as he thought that there was a well branded competitor opening soon nearby. It was not until they looked at the address that they realised that it was for them.
Surprising the client and thinking ahead of them is a key part of what we do – it keeps the relationship fresh. In this case it demonstrated that we knew our client inside out – maybe even better than they knew themselves!
